Exit the M62 at junction 10, and follow the M6 to junction 36. Exit the M6 at the junction with the A590 (sign posted Kendal). Follow the A590 to Barrow, passing through Ulverston, Lindall in Furness and Dalton in Furness straight into Barrow. Continue on the A590, until you pass the ASDA roundabout. Then take the first left onto Duke Street. The ground is located on the right hand side.
Mike Hool has dropped us an e-mail and says 'The above directions are correct, but it's probably better to continue past Asda until next roundabout, ground is here on left hand side. Plenty of parking on the right in complex having McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut.'
