The only racecourse serving East Yorkshire. There has been racing on the present site since 1690, and the area was once an important training centre for horses.
Description:
Beverley is a right-handed oval track of one mile and three furlongs, with a short uphill run-in of two and half furlongs.

Location
The racecourse is situated high on the famous Westwood, just to the west of the historic Minster town on the York Road and some seven miles from Junction 38 of the M62. By rail, racegoers can use the Beverley Station.
