Turf Moor offers away seating for 4125 fans within the all seated Cricket Field Stand. The view and legroom are pretty good as this was one of the most modern stands in the country when it was erected in the seventies. The seats are made from wood and the rake big enough for knee room. When this stand opened it was the first in the country to have central heating installed with hot pipes under the seats. They have never been used, even when it was for home fans !
There are only two small stanchions to spoil the view, and these are away from the centre of the pitch.
There are several snack bars, and at the last check, beer was still not being served. The toilets are fairly basic and this is now the oldest of the stands in the ground, and the one at the top of a £10M redevelopment plan once the Cricket Club to the rear can be relocated.
Burnley now have pies supplied by Hollands and they are pretty good with a well deserved reputation.
There are some areas designated as away parking, but seeing I've never been an away fan there I've never seen them, but they are well sign posted.
