The Church Inn
The pub is located on Willbutts Lane. The atmosphere is friendly, in this traditional three-roomed pub with separate pool and darts rooms. The bar snacks are reasonable, and served all day. There is also a TV, beer garden, and families are made very welcome.
The Cemetery Hotel
This one is located on Bury Road (no 470), and is a Free House. The name puts off loads of punters, but don't let it, as this is an excellent pub, with good home-made food, from toasties to steaks. Food is served from 12 to 2.30. There is also a TV, darts board, and again families are made very welcome.
The Dog and Partridge
This one is also located in Bury Road (no
520). This pub is an award winner, with a traditional pub theme. Highly recommended by all. Excellent menu including steak-and-kidney pudding, wild mushroom lasagne and Thai red chicken curry. Pool, big-screen TV, patio. Families welcome, and there is also a children's menu
The Clog and Shawl
The pub is located in Roch Valley Way. It's a traditional locals pub with darts, TV and pool table, and could be described as 'not really a footie pub!' Meals are served from 12 until 5, and families are welcome.
The Citizens
This pub comes recommended by Jack from Rochdale, and is located in Drake Street (near the station). An attractive Pubmaster pub with an excellent range of home-made bar food.
