Our Impressions of Gay Meadow

Gay Meadow currently has a capacity of 8,000, with visiting fans usually allocation 1500 tickets in the Station End, and an additional 500 seats in the Main Stand. The Station End is a partly covered terrace.
Located next to the River Severn, Gay Meadow has a record attendance of approx 19,000. The currently capacity of 8,000 is seldume reached, so ticket availability is not normally an issue.
The stadium itself is rather dated, but the facilities were described to us as 'ok'. There were plans to build a 'New Meadow', but this project currently seems to be shelved.
