Our Impressions of Knowsley Road
The home of St Helens since 1890, Knowsley Road is one of the most famous grounds in Rugby League. This ground has a capacity of 19,100, and the facilities are relatively good. There is a cabaret bar open to visiting fans, but you may get charged for entry. The disabled facilities are really good, with wheelchair access, disabled toilets, and a special viewing area. St Helens are currently looking into a scheme to segregate blind supporters with a special area in the Main Stand, hopefully with full commentary on the match.
