Our Impressions of Borough Sports Ground
Originally a running track, the goal ends are further away from the pitch than normal, but it's hardly like on the continent. Gander Green Lane consists of one main stand, with seating for 765 (see picture left) and a covered terrace opposite that.
One terraced end behind the one of the goals is new and covered (the Securicor Terrace), with the opposite end being open terracing. The overall capacity is 7032.
Average attendance is about 500 to 700, although it is more likely to be 1,200+ for local derbies.
