Our Impressions of Turnbull Ground
The main stand is situated down one touchline, with standing areas either side of it. Open standing areas behind both goals, with covered terracing on the other touchline, this also has open standing areas either side of it.

By Road
From the West
From A1 in north yorkshire follow the A64 towards (Unfortunately Scarboro). After passing York and going along single carriage way track, getting stuck behind caravans and tractors, you will come to a place called malton. this has a bypass which is dualled. follow the dualcarriage way until you caom to the A169. Take this road past and thru pickering until eventually you come to (after 20 miles of moorland) sleights. Go thru sleights up a git massive hill to a T junction with the A171. Turn right and then first left to whitby. Follow this road until you come to a garage called arundals, a DIY place called the Handyman store and turn left opposite the spar shop (signposted sandsend). Follow this road to another T junction with the A174. Turn right, and follow this road for about 1 mile and the ground is on your left after the garage/off license.
From the North
Find the A171 from Middlesbrough and take it all the way to the junction with the A169 Pickering road. Go past this junction and take the next left. Follow this road until you come to a garage called arundals, a DIY place called the Handyman store and turn left opposite the spar shop (signposted sandsend). Follow this road to another T junction with the A174. Turn right, and follow this road for about 1 mile and the ground is on your left after the garage/off license.
From the South
If you are unfortunate enough to have to come from Scarborough then take the A171 towards Whitby. follow this road to Whitby and eventually you'll go over a high level bridge. past the bridge , and go thru the traffic lights and down a hill. at the bottom of the hill turn left up another hill (chubb hill) at the roundabout at the top take the second exit and follow this road for about 1 mile or so and the ground is on the right.
