Directions to Broad Lane Ground

By Road

Leave the M25 at Junction 28 and proceed down the A12. After about 40 miles take the A120 turn off signposted to Harwich. When turning off the A12 onto the A120 take the slip road on left signposted A1232 Colchester. At roundabout take the third exit, garage will be on your left. Carry on down this road for about a mile. Turn left to pick up the A133 to Clacton. Go straight over the next double roundabout keeping on the A133. The next big roundabout can be navigated around both ways but either way keep on the A133 to Clacton. After ? mile move to the right hand lane of the dual carriageway ready to turn right across the dual carriageway at the lights signposted towards St. Osyth. At next set of lights turn left and the ground will be visible on your right after ? mile. Turn right at the small crossroads and the entrance to the ground is on your left. By Rail Wivenhoe has a railway station on the Clacton line (from Liverpool Street) and trains stop there about twice an hour. There is a taxi hire place (not really a rank) at the station as the ground is at the top end of the village about 1.5 - 2 miles away. Bus service about one from the station an hour ok if you time it right. However it has been known for small groups of supporters to ring the club and ask for directions from the station and either a committee member or one of our supporters has actually driven down to pick them up. We're a very friendly club and I'm sure other clubs in our league will tell you all a bit mad especially at away matches. However with our away record we need to be. Disabled Facilities at Broad Lane Ground

We do have some facilities for the disabled i.e. there is a ramp up into the clubhouse although unfortunately we do not have disabled toilets at the moment. However if we know in advance that we have any disabled supporters visiting then the committee will help out in any way we can.
