From the South
Exit A64 at signpost 'Leeds, York A64' and at the roundabout turn right onto the A64. Exit A64 after 9.3 miles (signposted York (North) A1237, Harrogate) onto the A1237. Go straight on, remaining on the A1237 for 5.2 miles, over three roundabouts and over River Ouse, to fourth roundabout. Here, turn right (signposted York A19) onto the A19 Shipton Road. At lights after 1.6 miles by village green, go straight on (signposted City Centre). After 0.2 miles turn left by 'The Burton Stone' pub into Burton Stone Lane. You'll see the ground on your right.
From the North
Continue on the A19 to the roundabout junction with the A1237. Go straight on (signposted York A19) into Shipton Road. At lights after 1.6 miles by village green, go straight on (signposted City Centre). After 0.2 miles turn left by 'The Burton Stone' pub into Burton Stone Lane. You'll see the ground on your right.
From the East
Exit A64 at signpost 'York A1036, Thirsk, Harrogate A1237' onto the A1237. Continue on the A1237 for 3.5 miles to the 6th roundabout.
Here turn left (signposted B1363 York Centre, District Hospital) onto the B1363. Over level crossing after 1.2 miles, and a Nestle factory after a further 0.1 miles. After a further 0.4 miles turn right at lights (no signpost) into Crichton Avenue and over bridge. Take 1st
left into Burton Stone Lane. Grosvenor Road is the fifth turning on the left after 0.4 miles
By Rail
Bootham Crescent is a 15 minute walk from York Railway Station.

Car Parking
The cities Park and Ride scheme located on the outskirts of town to avoid the hassles of looking for a parking space. The bus fare is ?1.20 and the bus will drop you off at York Station where you can go on to make your own way to Bootham Crescent.
If you choose to park around Bootham Crescent then you can use the small 'Mecca Bingo' car park on Burton Stone Lane at a cost of ?1.50. You can also use Union Terrace, a little further away from the ground, just off Clarence Street. The cost is ?1.50 for three hours and you can walk to the ground in a matter of minutes via Hospital Lane and over a railway footbridge.
The street parking around the ground is restricted. We are also told by Anthony Long that there has been a problem in the Clifton area with car crime & damage over the last few seasons. You have been warned!
